We accept returns only if product is damaged, or not as per description or not as per title or product is completely different from the pictures shown during the time of order.
Return request must be generated within 24 hours of order reached at customer’s doorstep.
Shipping partner’s delivery details would be final document to count 24 hours.
You can raise return request from Your Account. Telephonic conversation to any representative of our company will not be considered as return request.
Once Return request is generated and product found returnable, the product should reach us in original form along with additional packing which may secure the product in transit while returning.
It is customer’s responsibility to get return product delivered at our office or address we provide.
After successful return procedure is completed we shall return the amount to customer to his original mode of payment within 7 days from the date once product successfully reaches at our premises. Sometime we may also transfer the amount in customer’s bank detail.
To count 7 days from above mentioned point, Bank holidays or holidays declared by government are not counted resulting 7 days period may extend up to the next working day.
